- Individual Fee – Universities, academia: € 190 (Special Events [Gala Dinner, Czech Dinner, Railway excursion] not included)
21% VAT is not included. After receiving your registration, we will confirm it and send you by e-mail an invoice for the fee. Payment must be received prior to the event. (In case we do not receive your payment by the date of expiry of the invoice, we will notice you and subsequently, your registration could be cancelled.)

Cancellations
Where cancellations are submitted after August 15, 2022, a cancellation charge of € 200 + VAT will be incurred. The full fee will be charged for cancellations received after August 31, 2022. If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute may take part instead.
