Visa Support
For granting a short term one-time Visa to the Czech Republic, it is necessary to submit a properly authorized Visa invitation.
The fulfillment, authorization and mailing of the Visa invitation for participants of the conference are ensured by the organizers of OLTIS Group.
If you need a Visa for travelling to the Czech Republic, upon filling out the registration of your participation on the conference, please state the number of Visa invitations needed.
Please also send the following information, needed for the fulfillment of the Visa invitation to the info@irfc.eu email address.
For each participant:
- Name, middle name and surname in roman capital letters (as it appears in your travel passport)
- Date and place of birth,
- The Passport Number,
- Address in your homecountry,
- Nationality,
- Photocopy of passport.
The fulfillment of the invitations and the mailing takes two to three weeks as a rule of thumb.
We will start to arrange the invitation after your payment of the invoice.
