In 1995 received a degree in “Traffic Organization and Management at Railway Transport” as a graduate of Kharkiv State Academy of Railway Transport (Kharkiv, Ukraine).
1995-2003 occupied key positions at the enterprises of Southern Railway of Ukrzaliznitsia (UZ) in Kharkiv such as Chief of “Kharkiv-Sortuvalnyi” marshalling yard, Deputy Head of Kharkiv Directorate of Railway Traffic, First Deputy of Service of Commercial Work and Marketing.
2003-2011 worked in the apparatus of the State Administration of Railway Transport of Ukraine in Kyiv as Chief Auditor and Deputy Head of General Commercial Department.
2011-2015 occupied the position of Deputy Director of State Enterprise “Ukrainian Transport and Logistic Centre” and from 2015-2018 after the reforming was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Freight Forwarding of the Affiliate “Centre of Transport Logistics” of JSC “Ukrainian railways”.
2018-2020 appointed as the Head of Commercial Department of JSC “Ukrainian railways”.
In 2021 from January till November occupied the position of Director of Development and Tariff Policy of Ukrainian Locomotive Construction Company LLC.
November 2021 – present is working at the position of the Head of Commercial Department of JSC “Ukrainian railways”.
