In 2003–2006, employed in the Case Law and Studies Section of the Office of the Constitutional Tribunal. An employee of the Prosecutor General Office since 2006. In 2008-2017, an employee of the Institute of Justice, where between 2013 and 2017 he was the President of the Section of Constitutional Law, the Section of Civil Law and a member of the Scientific Council.
In 2015-2017, Deputy Minister of the Treasury, managing, among others, Legal and Process Department, Property of the Treasury, and the Audit and Control Office, exercising personal supervision over aviation sector companies, including PLL LOT S.A.
From April 1, 2017 to May 8, 2017, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister. From May 9, 2017 to February 1, 2018, Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. From May 9, 2017 to November 27, 2019, Government Plenipotentiary for Solidarity Transport Hub Poland. He also held the office of Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure From February 1, 2018 to November 27, 2019. CEO of Solidarity Transport Hub Poland since December 2019
