Miroslav Haltuf

Born in 1958, Mr Haltuf is an independent expert and project manager. His working experiences include various positions at the Czechoslovak and Czech Railways (railway transport technology), then international Affairs – UIC activities within East –West Task Force, special projects and pan-European Transport Corridors. He worked for several companies related with railway system as an advisor for international affairs, projects on information technologies and strategic development. Nowadays Mr Haltuf is a specialist focused on international activities and projects. He is especially focused on operation management of RUs and IMs, TSIs (TAP and TAF).
Mr Haltuf has an Engineer diploma in Transport Technology and Economics from University of Transport in Žilina. He is the owner of H-Comp Consulting and is involved in many large projects as Shift2Rail JU – States Representatives Group member (since October 21, 2014) chairman (from April 29, 2015 – December 31, 2018) and vice- chairman (since January 1, 2019).
His consultancy is also related to companies and organizations outside of the Czech Republic.
