Mr Toth was born in 1981 in Pardubice.
He studied transport management, marketing and logistics at the University of Pardubice, Jan Perner Transport Faculty. In September 2006 he started working as a clerk at the supply centre of Czech Railways in Česká Třebová. He was a member of the team responsible for supplying in terms of the transformation of CD Cargo as a listed company. There he worked as a project manager in the IT department and in September 2013, he became the director of the controlling and financial management department. On 1st April, 2018, he was appointed as the executive director. On 4th December, 2020, he was elected a board member and subsequently a chairman of the board of CD Cargo.
Tomáš Tóth is married and has two children. His biggest hobby which has accompanied him all his life is cycling.
