Director of Rail Transport Department

Jindřich Kušnír has been involved in the matter of rail development at the ministry of transport since 2004. Since 2007, he has been the deputy director of the department for rail and combined transport. Since 2010 he has also served as a director of the same department (nowadays called the department for rail transport).
He is a Czech representative at the European Railway Interoperability and Safety Committee, member of the governing board of the European Union Agency for Railways, national coordinator of the Trans-European Railway EHK/OSN project, and member of other international work groups focused on the development of rail transport.
